“Kickball is a sport invented by soccer players who wanted to know what a home run felt like”
The “Here Comes Summer” UME Kickball Tournament went into high-kick yesterday on the Christopher Dock Baseball Field located by the UME offices.
Welcoming in the 2019 Summer Season, two UME staff teams of 11 players were chosen and led by our very own John Bodley and Gina Fusca. Two high-energy kickball games complete with one umpire and one field referee were played. Thank you to all our co-workers who cheered from the sidelines.
In between games the staff enjoyed some delicious food provided by Oink and Moo BBQ, Revolution Taco and Mr. Softee.
The game results were a tie proving that everyone at UME is a winner!
