This month, UME acknowledges Stress Awareness Month and the importance of decompressing. We asked our colleagues to see how they take time to unwind when they are feeling stressed out, and to share tips amongst each other on what works for them. From cuddling with their pets to spending time outdoors with family, we all find time to relax. How do you take time to destress?
